Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Associate - Corporate Solutions to join our team. This role involves generating leads, cold calling, and setting up first-level meetings with potential corporate clients. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base by identifying and connecting with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential corporate clients through online resources, databases, and social media platforms.
  • Perform cold calling and email outreach to connect with prospective clients and decision-makers in HR, L&D, and other relevant departments.

You will schedule first-level meetings or calls between corporate clients and our Business Development team. Effectively pitch our B2B offerings to generate interest in our programs.

Client Relationship Building
  • Build rapport with clients during the initial interaction to ensure positive engagement.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system. Provide weekly reports on lead status, outreach activities, and progress toward targets.

Collaboration
  • Work closely with our Business Development team to ensure seamless client handoffs and support in closing deals.
  • Share insights from client interactions to help improve the pitch and sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in B2B, Ed-Tech, or corporate training).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume outreach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or Excel.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for sales.
