Business Development Role at Rockers Technology
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to join our team at Rockers Technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the US staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new clients (Direct/Tier 1) for our IT staffing business in the USA
- Build business relationships with existing and potential clients
- Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT US staffing business development
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze client requirements and work closely with the recruiting team to ensure delivery meets client expectations
