Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features.
- Counselling will be done in both modes; Face-to-face with walk-ins and via calling assigned leads.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly assigned calling and admission targets.
- Understand and address student queries and challenges being faced post admission.
- Manage detailed records of aforementioned queries and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly is vital.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities is a plus.
