Senior Sales Representative Needed to Drive Growth and Expansion

TalentSourcers, a leading job posting platform, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in the USA. This role will focus on driving new business, generating leads, and expanding our reach in the ambient scenting industry.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to current clients, promoting our referral program, converting new leads from marketing efforts, and prospecting large hotel management companies in the USA. This results-driven role requires a high degree of professionalism, cultural awareness, and sales experience with American clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Actively contact existing clients to promote Laaveen's referral program, building relationships that encourage clients to generate qualified leads from their networks.
- Lead Conversion: Engage with new leads provided by the marketing team, delivering concise sales pitches to convert leads into sales.
- Prospecting & New Business Development: Independently research and prospect large hotel management companies in the USA, focusing on multi-property operators to expand Laaveen's presence.
- Product Knowledge & Client Communication: Develop a thorough understanding of Laaveen's products to handle questions confidently, address basic objections, and communicate product benefits effectively.
- Sales Reporting, CRM & KPI Tracking: Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and easy reference.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Gujarati, with professional, polished communication skills in both languages.
- Experience: 5-8 years in B2B sales, specifically selling to American companies, with a strong track record of lead conversion and client acquisition.
- Sales Proficiency: Proven success in straightforward product sales, with a focus on results and meeting set KPIs.
- Professionalism & Cultural Sensitivity: Skilled in engaging with both American and Gujarati clients, with an adaptive sales approach to suit different cultural contexts.
- CRM Competency: Proficient in using CRM systems, ActiveCampaign, for lead tracking, lead nurture, interaction documentation, and performance reporting.
