Job Title: Franchise Development Specialist

This role is crucial for driving sales growth by establishing and managing a network of franchise partners within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchise Network Establishment: Identify potential franchise partners, assess their feasibility, and negotiate franchise agreements.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales and franchisee channels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Franchisee Support: Onboard new franchisees with comprehensive product training and compliance guidelines.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching to ensure targets are met.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitor data, track market developments, and provide insights to the regional sales head.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Recommend initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Negotiation & Presentation: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
  • Independence & Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
