This role requires a skilled leader who can oversee daily operations, manage team leads, design and implement growth strategies, optimize operational flows, and monitor financial metrics.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in operations and finance, be able to lead cross-functional teams, think strategically, and possess excellent communication and leadership abilities.

We are seeking a talented professional who can drive efficiency and growth, streamline processes, and improve overall performance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our leadership team to develop and implement long-term growth plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact on the organization's success.

  • Oversee daily operations across sales, warehouse, and telecalling functions.
  • Manage and mentor team leads including Sales Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Telecallers.
  • Design and implement growth strategies (e.g., cross-selling and upselling initiatives).
  • Optimize operational flows, from order management to last-mile delivery.
  • Monitor financial metrics and ensure cost-effective operations.

Please note that experience in managing cross-functional teams and designing growth strategies is highly desirable.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 college.
  • Strong background in operations and finance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
