We are looking for a talented professional to lead our operations and drive growth in key cities.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for operational excellence, including selecting and training new partners and improving current partners' quality.

  • Take charge of key central growth tracks for the category over time.
  • Lead projects focused on improving quality and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and robust execution.

You will be the owner of the business entrusted to you, with a direct influence on how the business shapes up. We are seeking individuals with a high ownership mindset and a passion for operational excellence.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an ops-related/consulting/strategy role.
  2. Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects – the ability to influence and lead.
  3. Someone who understands great things get built by both smarts AND hard work.
