JOB TITLE: Labour Welfare Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Labour Welfare Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing welfare programs that improve the well-being, safety, and morale of workers.

  • Develop and implement welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing grievances and facilitating resolutions in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify safety and welfare needs, coordinating with relevant departments to implement improvements.
  • Organize health, safety, and welfare training programs to ensure employees understand and adhere to established safety standards.
