Job Title: Product Consultant

We are seeking a Product Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma projects and instrumentation.

  1. Hand-on experience on pharma / projects and preferably with instrumentation background.
  2. Patience to listen and understand customer queries.
  3. Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Willing to learn and quickly mingle with the team members.
  5. Flexible to travel for implementation.
  6. QAMS/DMS/LIMS Domain Knowledge is added advantage.
  7. Strong communication and oral skills are required.
  8. Should be able to lead the project and team.
  9. Should assist the customer all the way in the project execution

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate the Caliber products to Customers.
  2. On-site build Installations and configurations.
  3. Ensure thorough understanding of the customer requirements.
  4. Assist delivery lead in Project kickoff and project planning
  5. Execution of UAT/SAT (User Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test)
  6. Execution of Installation Qualification protocol
  7. Train the end-users on Caliber Products
  8. Installation of production build and Database maintenance plan creation
  9. Onsite support and customer call handling
  10. Reproduce the reported issues or test case at offshore
  11. Patch updating and maintenance
  12. Installation of training, UAT and production builds
  13. Execution of Operational Qualification
  14. Support to customer on PQ execution
  15. Interface Configurations.
  16. Execute test scripts
  17. Assist in internal validation of product
  18. Execute Validation scripts
  19. Document issues and deviations of on-site validation
  20. Review validation outputs with customer
  21. Prepare validation summary Report
