As a key member of the human resources function, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing HR processes across the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performance Management: You will be responsible for guiding managers and employees on performance issues, implementing employee recognition programs, and streamlining performance appraisal processes.
  2. Compensation and Benefits management: Your role will involve assisting in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, providing guidance to leadership on annual salary revisions, and ensuring effective bonus payouts and salary revisions.
  3. Learning and Development: You will work closely with stakeholders to identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills, design and implement training sessions, and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  4. Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement: You will be responsible for fostering a positive organizational culture, developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication channels.
  5. Organizational Design and Structure: As part of this role, you will assess and design organizational structures, clearly define roles and responsibilities, and ensure seamless operations.
  6. Employee Relations: You will develop and enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain a fair and equitable work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with a PG degree in HR from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR generalist experience in the IT/ITES industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent computer skills especially in MS Office, and exposure to HRMS tools.
