Job Opportunity: Professional Recruiter for Civil Engineering and Architecture

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a background in civil engineering or architecture to source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source qualified candidates for civil engineering/architecture roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and offer coordination.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Develop relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Knowledge of civil engineering/architectural job roles and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Preferred:

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Prior exposure to recruiting for multiple US states.
