We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring civil infrastructure projects from start to finish.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Civil Work Planning: Develop comprehensive civil work plans that meet project requirements and schedules.
  • Engineering Coordination: Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and address quality issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Contractor Management: Supervise contractors, evaluate their performance, and discuss work schedules and progress.
  • Billing and Payments: Verify contractor invoices and report any concerns to the project head.
  • Project Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Codes and Standards: Stay up-to-date with various Indian Standard (IS) codes and standards for civil works.
  • Documentation: Prepare job-related documents such as daily reports, material inventory status, BOM, and BOQ.
  • On-Site Management: Manage projects from the field, addressing and resolving on-site issues during construction.
  • Maintenance: Plan and coordinate all civil maintenance for the plant and infrastructure, including sanitary, drainage, and rainwater systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of civil works.
  • Safety: Instruct the use of safety equipment and PPEs, and conduct tool box talks to prevent accidents.
