Job Title: Principal Infrastructure Developer

  • We are seeking an experienced Principal Infrastructure Developer to join our organization.
Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure development and project management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing projects from concept to delivery, and ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage on-site civil engineering projects;
  2. Supervise site engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors;
  3. Ensure compliance with project timelines, drawings, and safety standards;
  4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams;
  5. Prepare and review progress reports and quality checks;
  6. Travel across India for major project supervision as required;
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: 5+ years of experience in civil project execution

Skills: Strong team management, labor coordination, and leadership skills; Proficient in project planning tools, Excel and MS Office; Excellent English communication (verbal & written); Willingness to travel for site and project-related activities
