Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned civil engineering professional to lead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, civil works, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project implementation
  • Monitor and analyze quality issues for effective resolution
  • Supervise contractors, evaluate work schedules, and prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Verify contractor bills and report any concerns to the project head
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards for civil works
  • Prepare job-related documents, including daily reports, material inventory status, BOM, and BOQ
  • Manage projects from the field, addressing and resolving on-site issues during construction
  • Plan and coordinate civil maintenance for infrastructure
  • Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of civil works
  • Instruct the use of safety equipment and PPEs, and conduct tool box talks to prevent accidents

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and project management principles
  • Extensive experience in project management, civil works, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
