Job Title: Structural Engineer

Structural engineers play a crucial role in designing and developing infrastructure projects that are safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly. If you have a passion for structural engineering and want to work on exciting projects that make a real difference, then this is the job for you.

  • Provide technical leadership on structural design and engineering inputs for social infrastructure projects (schools, hospitals, community centers, sanitation facilities, water supply structures, etc.).
  • Review and finalize structural designs, drawings, and detailed estimates to ensure they meet project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Carry out thorough structural analysis and ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and applicable international standards to guarantee the safety and durability of structures.
  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other specialists to deliver integrated design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Assess foundation design, load calculations, earthquake-resistant design, and durability aspects to ensure the structural integrity of projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive design basis reports, structural BOQs, and cost estimates to support project decision-making.
  • Conduct a review of DPR deliverables (draft and final reports) from a structural perspective to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide technical guidance and support capacity building to project teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
