Executive Director for Capital Markets

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the execution of initial public offering mandates from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring timely preparation and submission of offer documents, including draft red herring prospectus, red herring prospectus, and related filings with regulatory bodies.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to IPOs and public offerings.
- Manage interactions with regulators, industry experts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of IPO mandates.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong network within the financial services industry, including regulators and other authorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, promoters, board members, and senior employees of client companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in issue management, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as primary point of contact for clients during the IPO process.
- Liaising with research and sales teams to ensure effective messaging to institutional and retail investors.
- Masters or equivalent experience in finance, law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets, with a focus on IPOs and public offerings.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
