Capital Markets Manager

A seasoned professional with 5-6 years of experience in equity fundraising, investment banking, or financial advisory is sought after to lead and execute high-value capital market transactions.

  • Lead complex capital market transactions, including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of transactions, conduct financial analysis, and perform valuations.
  • Develop relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Prepare pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
