Job Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to work directly under the Managing Director, handling a range of tasks including investor sourcing, deal structuring and evaluation, managing due diligence processes, and supporting portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing investors and evaluating potential investment opportunities;
  • Structuring and negotiating deals with startups;
  • Closing deals and facilitating partnerships between the fund and portfolio companies;
  • Managing the due diligence process for new investments, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize risk and maximize returns;
  • Providing support to portfolio companies, helping them to grow and succeed in their respective markets.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of venture capital and private equity, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
