Investment Law Specialist

Support the growth of our global investment platform by overseeing legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions. Work closely with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals while ensuring compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.
  • Review and finalise transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
  • Liaise with founders, investors, and legal teams to effectively close deals.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
Preferred Profile:
  • Experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are encouraged to apply.
