Marketing Strategy Executive

This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth. A key aspect of this position is planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for marketing campaigns, focusing on results-driven outcomes.
  • Manage campaign budgets and resources effectively, prioritizing efficiency and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution, leveraging expertise from sales, product, content, and design departments.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, email, paid advertising, SEO, and influencer outreach.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities for campaigns and partnerships to enhance visibility and conversions.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and present them to management.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
