Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for marketing campaigns, focusing on results-driven outcomes.
- Manage campaign budgets and resources effectively, prioritizing efficiency and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution, leveraging expertise from sales, product, content, and design departments.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, email, paid advertising, SEO, and influencer outreach.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities for campaigns and partnerships to enhance visibility and conversions.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and present them to management.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
