R K SWAMY Ltd is seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Executive to handle end-to-end client communication.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will participate in developing brand strategies based on clients' sales and marketing objectives. Key responsibilities include

  • Initiating brand planning discussions between the client and agency teams, independently working on assignments, handling client meetings, taking briefs, and presenting recommendations.
  • Minute and circulating all discussions/briefs/information post-client meetings and telephonic or email interactions with the client.
  • Obtaining and maintaining sales and market share information for the client (and its competitors) and sharing this with other team members.
  • Preparing briefs for creative development, conducting internet searches, and compiling information to support work development for the client.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for regularly following up with departments to ensure ongoing jobs are being executed as per the brief and time schedules.

This role requires strong coordination and supervisory skills to ensure that all estimates and bills are submitted on time and approved/acknowledged by the client.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. They should have a thorough understanding of the brand and market strategies, as well as experience in managing client relationships.
