We are seeking a Senior Strategy Executive to join our team. As the Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth.

This role involves part strategy, part execution, and part force-multiplier. Your first project will be to run experiments across APAC markets for our new stablecoin initiative, and help shape early product-market fit.

  • Act as the founder's right hand on critical strategic and operational projects
  • Run growth experiments across multiple APAC geographies to test adoption pathways
  • Own cross-functional projects, ensuring execution speed and clarity
  • Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership initiatives
  • Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and ensure delivery

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles, with a strong generalist skill set and bias to action. Exposure to fintech/crypto is a plus but not mandatory.
