Client Engagement Representative

Our team seeks a skilled and organised Client Engagement Representative to join our expanding group. This role will be the initial point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring their journey from inquiry to onboarding is seamless, informed, and memorable.

This position involves engaging with inbound leads through various communication channels, providing clear information about our health transformation programs, guiding new leads through the enrolment process, and maintaining client data using CRM tools.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients via prompt and accurate responses to phone calls, messages, emails, and social media interactions.
  • Deliver detailed information regarding our health transformation offerings.
  • Guide new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment processes while coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain, update, and manage client data using CRM software and systems.
  • Support clients post-enrolment, escalating concerns when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to keep clients informed of any unforeseen delays or changes in processes.
  • Assist in community engagement initiatives as required.
  • Conduct data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention.

Requirements:
