Contract Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and optimizing processes.

  • Key responsibilities include contract creation, execution, and recording, as well as facilitating cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Ensure timely execution of results and manage new and renewal contracts, Adobe Sign, and transition to/manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, Icertis.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, GTM operations, deal desk, or similar roles.
  • Preferred background in Legal/Finance, Business Administration, or Technology degree.
  • Familiarity with contract administration tools, particularly Icertis, Adobe Sign, and SFDC.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and the quote-to-cash process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Contract Management: Ensure accurate and timely contract execution, compliance, and approval attainment.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve timely execution of results.
  • Global Team Coordination: Manage global teams and coordinate across time zones to ensure successful project outcomes.
