We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to spearhead our Martech strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in growth roles
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and marketing suites like Hubspot, WebEngage etc.
  • Sound understanding of marketing analytics
  • Obsessed with communication
  • Common sense
  • Non-zero-sum Mindset
  • High curiosity - willingness to fail and learn as many times as it takes
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Good to have: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Psychology/Mass Comm
