Senior Consultant

The role of a Senior Consultant involves leading the delivery effort on our projects, playing a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement from opportunity assessment through final implementation. This includes building relationships with client stakeholders, conducting interviews to develop current state assessments, and analyzing client spend data to create project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a consulting firm or industry, specific experience within operations, supply-chain and/or procurement is required. Additionally, they should be excited about working in a start-up atmosphere, comfortable with ambiguity, and have an ownership-driven mindset.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client spend data to identify cost savings opportunities and develop project deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft and release RFPs and support the bid evaluation and supplier selection process
  • Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of prior experience in a consulting firm or industry
  • Proven problem-solving and time management ability
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily
