About the Opportunity

The Founder's Office is where innovative ideas turn into action.

As an intern in our Founder's Office, you'll work directly with our founder on high-impact projects across strategy, marketing, growth, and operations. This isn't a routine internship—it's an entrepreneurial apprenticeship where you'll get to experience the challenges and thrill of building a zero-to-one consumer brand.

You'll switch hats often—researcher, operator, problem-solver, storyteller—depending on what the day demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the founder in developing business strategies, leading marketing campaigns, driving growth initiatives, and optimizing operations.
  • Conduct market research to guide our brand direction and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Assist in preparing business decks, reports, and investor materials to secure funding and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with teams to track progress, drive execution, and spot potential bottlenecks.

What We're Looking For

  • A motivated and curious individual based in Delhi NCR (Gurugram office) who is ready to work in person.
  • A current student or recent graduate eager to learn by doing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, sharp, and confident.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: curious, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in uncertainty.
  • Passionate about wellness, startups, and consumer brands.
