Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Academic Guidance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in guiding students and parents through the academic journey.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with students and parents to explain courses for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation (Classes 6–12).
  • Guide learners in selecting batches, programs, and study plans tailored to their goals.
  • Manage inquiries and follow-ups for smooth enrollments.
  • Provide career and academic counseling focused on competitive exam preparation.
  • Support lead generation, conversions, and student retention at our centers.
  • Maintain accurate student records and counseling progress via internal systems.
  • Collaborate with faculty, center heads, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
  • A passion for education and empathy toward students and parents.
  • Self-motivation, target-orientation, and comfort in a fast-paced offline environment.
  • Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (especially in education/coaching) is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for education are welcome.
