  1. Cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment.
  2. Handle student inquiries and provide professional guidance regarding admissions and visa processes.
  3. Communicate effectively with prospective students to build understanding and trust throughout the application cycle.
  4. Familiarity with company Standard Operating Procedures.
  5. Maintain documentation and record communications via emails and internal systems.
  6. Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Counselling, International Relations)
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic advising or related roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with global education systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
