Job Opportunity: AI Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and optimizing AI models, with a deep understanding of both statistical theory and modern AI techniques.

You will work on high-impact projects, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems using AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models for predictive and generative AI applications.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to improve model robustness and interpretability.
  • Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and ensemble techniques.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, biases, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Work closely with ML engineers to validate, train, and deploy the models.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and developments in AI and machine learning to ensure innovative and cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • PhD or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
  • 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in algorithm development and optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
  • Experience in developing mathematical models for business applications.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to explain complex findings simply.
