Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to resolve complex issues, optimize workflows, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
  • Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of Azure SQL databases and AKS deployments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents and production issues, driving effective communication with stakeholders on incident status and resolution timelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving technical excellence.
  • Expertise in Azure Databricks, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Function Apps.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management frameworks.
