**Cyber Innovation Leader**

This role is an exceptional opportunity to lead our Cyber Innovation initiatives and Simulation Lab within the organization. As a visionary leader, you will foster a culture of experimentation, prototyping, and applied research.

The successful candidate will drive strategic innovation, simulate real-world cybersecurity challenges, and accelerate the development and testing of emerging solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Enabling the design and establishment of a state-of-the-art innovation and research lab.
  • Ensuring operational excellence through effective resource allocation, project management practices, and budget optimization.
  • Translating research findings into practical cybersecurity solutions and strategies.
  • Collaborating with academic institutions, industry partners, and government agencies to stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies.

This role requires a strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains, futuristic cyber security technologies, emerging trends, and disruptive technologies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and align innovation efforts with business objectives.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in leading or supporting innovation initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, and product development. Strong technical background in cloud computing, networking, and programming languages relevant to cybersecurity is essential. Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, or MBA (Technology Management) are highly desirable.

The successful candidate will have an advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology and must hold a BE/ BTech degree in any discipline from a university / Institution / Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies. OR MCA / M.E./ MTech / MSc in any discipline from a university / Institution / Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
