Job Title - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity in manufacturing operations
    • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices
    • Maintain compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards
  • Financial & Business Performance:
    • Own and deliver profit and loss statements, budgets, and financial forecasts
    • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability
    • Develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer base
  • People Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performing executive team
    • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence
    • Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies
  • Stakeholder & Market Engagement:
    • Collaborate with the board on strategic decision-making
    • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and regulators
    • Represent the company as a leader in mechanical engineering

To be successful, you will need:

  • Proven success as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle
  • Expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and entering new markets
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Performance will be evaluated against measurable outcomes including financial metrics, operational metrics, market growth, innovation, people, and sustainability.
