Drive Business Growth as a Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our Domestic Employee Benefit Broking Sales efforts in the West Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate clients, leading a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Employee Benefit Broking in alignment with national goals.
  • Identify and acquire new opportunities for group insurance broking services including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits from mid to large corporates.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 15+ years in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales; minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Insurance, or related fields. III/IRDA certifications preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of group insurance products
  • Strong relationships with corporate clients and ability to acquire new business opportunities
  • Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
