Visualisation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Visualisation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for turning ideas into powerful visuals and bringing concepts to life with imagination, precision, and a strong sense of brand storytelling.

About the Role:
  • You will develop visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns, digital, print, and social media.
  • You will translate briefs into compelling visual narratives while staying true to brand guidelines.
  • You will collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns.
  • You will deliver designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • You will explore and experiment with new design styles, trends, and techniques to keep work fresh.
  • You will ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • You will guide and mentor junior designers where needed, sharing feedback and design best practices.
  • You will manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • An understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Nice to Have:
  • Motion graphics / basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
