The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in brand strategy, with a proven track record of success in shaping and shaking things up in the industry. You should have a deep understanding of youth culture and digital trends, be able to identify opportunities before they go mainstream, and have a portfolio of successful campaigns that moved hearts and sales.

We're looking for a storyteller who can switch between clever one-liners and deep strategy decks, backed by data-driven insights. If you're a creative problem solver with a restless spirit and a passion for big ideas, we want to hear from you.

This role requires on-site work in Pune, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the brand vision and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in D2C, lifestyle, or fashion industries.
  • Proven track record of success in shaping and shaking things up in the industry.
  • Deep understanding of youth culture and digital trends.
  • Ability to identify opportunities before they go mainstream.
  • Portfolio of successful campaigns that moved hearts and sales.
