Administrative Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the seamless execution of administrative tasks, guaranteeing operational readiness for projects.

  • Coordinated efforts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely setup of facilities, utilities, and supplies.
  • Conducted thorough site inspections to verify operational readiness, including cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
  • Maintained liaison with local authorities and service providers to facilitate smooth execution of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify suitable staff accommodation/staff rooms close to project sites and negotiate agreements.
  2. Coordinate logistical arrangements for staff during launch phases, ensuring timely setup of accommodations.
  3. Manage petty cash and admin budgets for site setup, maintaining accurate expense records.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, administration, or site coordination (hospitality/F&B industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple sites and work under tight deadlines.
