**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a strategic fund partner. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our arbitrage trading strategy.

You will ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance, while interfacing with auditors, administrators, and regulators. Your primary objective will be to develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.

In this role, you will work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle. This is a unique opportunity to bring both domain expertise and investment capacity to the table, making a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background in fund management, quantitative finance, or hedge fund operations
  • A strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures
  • Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value
