About the Role:- Work closely with clients, internal teams, and production partners to bring creative ideas to life.
- Lead all brand solutions for select clients, per their briefs and on ideas proactively pitched by Spectal to fulfill business goals.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to ideate concepts using insights about the client, brand, and business to create right solutions.
- Execute ideas, handle moving parts, and work with a team of juniors in collaboration with the production team within set timelines.
- Liaise with clients as the main point of contact to ensure ideas and execution are progressing in sync with brand vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research industry trends, new technologies, audiences, and brand campaigns to stay inspired.
- Brainstorm, collaborate, and drive ideation for Spectal's projects.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports to ensure maximum learning from each project.
- 2-4 years experience in events, experiential marketing, or media.
- Strong interest in culture - both pop culture and independent sub-cultures growing across India and the world.
- Teamwork: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Work ethic: Self-motivated, honest, proactive, takes ownership of work, and willing to go extra mile.
- Problem-solving: Face challenges with confidence and figure out how to get things done with team support.
- Continuous Learning: Keep learning from clients, analysis of past trends, parallel industries, and team members.
