Job Title: Delivery Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about management, technology, and education.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, delivering projects within budget and timeline constraints, and maintaining quality standards. They will also coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure that all stakeholders are on track with project requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for smooth academic delivery
  • Deliver projects and products within budget, timeline, and resource constraints
  • Maintain and monitor quality, project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all stakeholders are on track with project requirements and deadlines
  • Prepare status/weekly reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information

Requirements:

  • Ability to deliver projects and products within budget, timeline, quality, and resource constraints
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Excel is a must
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks independently
  • Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude
