Project Management Analyst

The role of a Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst is pivotal in supporting an organization's strategic objectives.

As part of the Global PMO team, you will work closely with senior leadership to understand their requirements for measuring project portfolio progress and success.

  • Determine data collection methods, facilitate data collection, and ensure data quality and timeliness.
  • Analyze and present management information to track business performance and guide decision-making.

You will also facilitate and report adherence to governance processes, ensuring robust financial management and control within our project process.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, across global locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run regular data analysis reports to schedule.
  • Set up projects and releases in reporting systems.
  • Support those systems and provide cover during absences for other team members.
  • Bulk uploads of data into Jira.
  • Issue resolution in Smartsheet, Jira, and Hub Planner.
  • Running scheduled reports and analysis process.
  • Maintain project delivery data and track key milestones.
  • Facilitate resource supply and demand data collection.
  • Provide management information to teams per reporting timetable.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or associated roles.
  • Experience working with Jira for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and present data.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across multiple locations and disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
