Business Development Manager Job Description

This is a business development manager role for the cable manufacturing industry in Mumbai. As a business development manager, you will be responsible for reaching out to SMEs offering steel wire products and maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating quotation, payment terms, and delivery terms with clients
  • Coordinating with planning, production, and logistic teams for smooth process flow
  • Analysing client credibility before making orders
  • Following up with clients for regular payments
  • Visiting esteemed customers regularly and building good rapport with their quality, production, and management teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
