Customer Engagement Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. This role involves proactively contacting customers whose trials have expired, facilitating purchases and resolving outstanding overages.

This is a 6-month contract position with a global technology leader. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve processes
  • Problem Solving ability
  • Experience in customer service
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
Main Responsibilities
  • Contact customers to resolve outstanding overages or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration
  • Process orders promptly after the customer reaches out and sends purchase confirmation
  • Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions
  • Generate reports on key metrics such as conversion rates from trials to purchases and accounts suspended due to non-response
