About the Role

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing engagement programs that foster growth, satisfaction, and retention within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct Regular Employee Connects: Gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding process to ensure a positive employee experience.
  2. Develop Engagement Programs: Design and implement initiatives that create a positive work environment, promoting team connections and collaboration.
  3. Analyse Data and Provide Insights: Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the workforce, generating regular reports on engagement metrics and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Surveys and Feedback:
    • Design and Administer Surveys: Create and distribute employee surveys (e.g., engagement surveys, pulse surveys, exit feedback) to gather insights and improve the employee experience.
    • Analyse Results and Implement Changes: Analyze survey data to derive actionable insights, recommend changes, and implement improvements based on survey outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys and analyzing results.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, data visualization platforms, and MS Excel.
