**Job Overview:**
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our FRP & SMC Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines.
- Ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
- Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
- Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Implement and maintain 5S and workplace discipline across assigned lines.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Degree in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years in FRP manufacturing processes – specifically Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up.
- Technical understanding of composite manufacturing.
- Team handling and shift supervision.
- Problem-solving and process monitoring.
