Product Development Opportunity

Pine Labs is seeking a Product Leader to drive strategic initiatives and roadmap for a product suite. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy.
  • Lead product life cycle management, including conceptualization, enhancement, go-to-market plan, launch, and evaluation.
  • Prepare and prioritize business cases/models for new products or enhancements.
  • Understand and define customer requirements, working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive benchmarking, and contribute to product-related strategic planning.
  • Represent the product lines in periodic reviews with leadership and obtain support for investments/resources/priority.
  • Partner with business teams to undertake market and customer research initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create a well-defined go-to-market plan.
  • Ensure compliance and security guidelines are met.
  • Define and drive product performance metrics focusing on profitability, customer growth, engagement, and retention.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of issuing and acquiring products.
  • Understanding of merchant life cycle, clearing, settlement, payment, reconciliation, chargebacks/disputes.
