The role of a Senior Process Engineer involves designing water treatment projects in accordance with client specifications to ensure the achievement of desired outlet parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and complete sewage treatment plants, water treatment facilities, zero liquid discharge systems, reverse osmosis, and ultrafiltration processes.
  • Conduct equipment sizing and tank sizing for effective plant operation.
  • Apply hands-on experience in designing plants using various processes such as Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR), Activated Sludge Processes (ASP), Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB), and Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR).
  • Develop thorough knowledge of sewage treatment plants with biogas-based power generation.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide training to the team on operational philosophy and draft control philosophy for automation.
  • Ensure process stabilization and troubleshoot during operations.
  • Develop knowledge on zero liquid discharge/reverse osmosis/ultrafiltration design.
  • Train internally deployed teams on plants during commissioning.

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our water treatment facilities. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies for improving plant performance and reducing costs.
