Job Title: Senior Application Operations Specialist

Overview:

This role involves ensuring the availability and performance of our application portfolio, toolset, and platform.

The successful candidate will drive improvements and enhancements at scale.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Problem solving and result-oriented attitude.
  • Design applications and infrastructure with a special focus on security, availability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Implement error handling and self-healing.
  • Automate all standard operational processes with the target of zero-touch operations.
  • Build, maintain, and collaborate on future-ready platforms with the customer in mind.
  • Ensure environment stability, resilience, and performance.
  • Create and improve delivery- and stability-focused tooling across a range of languages and environments.
  • Manage end-to-end availability and performance of mission-critical systems.
