Cloud Infrastructure Architect Position

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Lead/Architect to drive scalable, high-performance workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to utilize their technical expertise in designing and architecting cloud infrastructure for scalability, availability, and high-performance workloads.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering and possess expertise in GCP, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Architect Cloud Infrastructure: Develop scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure designs that meet business requirements.
  • Lead Technical Teams: Mentor engineers in cloud infrastructure practices and lead technical teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop CI/CD Pipelines: Create effective CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies to streamline software development and deployment.
  • Maintain IaC Knowledge: Ensure deep knowledge of infrastructure as code with Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure Security and Compliance: Maintain awareness of security, audit, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in infrastructure engineer or similar role.
  • GCP/AWS Expertise: Extensive experience with GCP and/or AWS.
  • Proven Scalability: Proven ability to architect for scale, availability, and high-performance workloads.
  • IaC Expertise: Deep knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform.
  • Kubernetes Expertise: Strong experience with Kubernetes and related tools (Helm, Kustomize).
  • CI/CD Expertise: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Security Awareness: Experience with security, audit, and compliance best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes Certified Administrator, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect).
