Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Primary Liaison
    • You will act as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and escalations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and Implement Success Plans
    • Through a deep understanding of our clients' goals and objectives, you will craft tailored success plans that drive measurable outcomes and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Account Management Teams
    • You will work closely with account management teams to secure contract renewals, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Your ability to build strong connections across departments will be instrumental in achieving shared goals and delivering exceptional results.

 

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience
    • You must have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, particularly in managing major accounts and driving business growth.
  • Technical Expertise
    • A strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and analytical skills will enable you to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving
    • With a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, you will be equipped to address complex challenges and make informed decisions that drive positive outcomes.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical specialists to executive leaders.
